The Seven Angels of Peace

Book Description

The 7 Angels of Peace is a living, breathing teaching from the heart. This book lifts the veil on the world of the Essenes and their angels, and the gifts of peace they have to offer us. A complete peace which embraces the seven aspects of our lives; our body and mind, relationships, work, beliefs, the Earth and our Divinity. Sarah Anne Barker brings to life this ancient teaching from the fresh perspective of the angels. As a spiritual teaching which is relevant for the modern world. This teaching is two thousand years old, that of the ancient Essenes and their angels. There have often been teachers of peace, but few have spoken of angels of peace, as the Essenes did. It offers a new vista to the eyes and hearts of those who read it. One of peace, joy and hope for new beginnings. One which empowers us to know we can each make a positive contribution to peace, with the angels. Based on the ancient Essene scrolls which were discovered last century, it is a handbook for peace. We are given the seven angel meditations which we can practise to create peace. A simple, daily meditation practice in which we can invite the angels into our lives for the purpose of peace.

Saint John the Essene

Book Description

Thanks to the "The Da Vinci Code", millions of enthusiastic readers have been able to discover the secret history of Christianity, and its mysterious filiation dating back to the time of Jesus. Faced with the immense interest in this subject, the contemporary Essene School has decided to transmit certain elements of the true story of John, the beloved disciple of Christ. Thanks to Olivier Manitara's revelations, we discover why Saint John, Mary Magdalene and Jesus (who were childhood friends) left their mark on history and how they have created an unbroken secret filiation to this day. After Jesus' departure, the outer church was entrusted to St. Peter. As for St. John, he then became the bearer of the other face of Christ, of his secret Doctrine. He founded a School of Mysteries in Ephesus with the help of the mother of Jesus, Mary, the great Essene initiate. Through his power of access to the timeless archives of the Essene Tradition, also called the Fifth Gospel, Olivier Manitara allows us to discover all these revelations on the hidden side of Christianity.

Practical Alchemy

Book Description

A concise guide to the history, theory, and practice of alchemy (the “great work”)—the art of working with the energies of nature for spiritual development, healing, and transformation. Alchemy is a means of understanding and working in concert with the energies of nature for spiritual development, healing, and transformation. In this book, Brian Cotnoir offers a step-by-step introduction that explores alchemy’s mysteries while illustrating its use as a modern spiritual system of attainment. He provides an overview of the history of alchemy, from the first meldings of Egyptian technology to the Middle Ages—the golden age of alchemy—to contemporary techniques. He demystifies the relationship between alchemy and chemistry, and provides evidence that alchemy is much more than a medieval form of psychotherapy. The guide also includes practical laboratory experiments that safely and intelligently lead readers to an understanding of this ancient art and spiritual practice. Provides step-by-step instruction for beginning a practice in alchemy Explains the theory underlying the art and science of alchemy and how it works Demystifies the relationship between alchemy and chemistry, while going well beyond the “psychological interpretation” advanced by nonscientists Introduces the practice of alchemy to students of the Western magical arts This book was previously published as The Weiser Concise Guide to Alchemy. This new edition includes a foreword by Robert Allen Bartlett, author of Real Alchemy.

Edgar Cayce on the Mysterious Essenes

Book Description

One of the most fascinating topics found in the readings of famed psychic Edgar Cayce (1877-1945) revealed the existence of a sacred sect called the Essenes. His information about the Essenes would later be confirmed by the discovery of the Dead Sea Scrolls two years after his death. Cayce's readings contained more than a description of who the Essenes were and their purpose in bringing the Christ into the earth, he gave us details about their lives and past lives! Many of these Essenes reincarnated during Cayce's time and received readings that revealed their souls—including their purposes then and now. What can we learn from these readings and the reincarnation of the Essenes? There is so much about our origin, our soul group, and the purpose for which we are here on earth today in this latest book that it is like having a manual for soul growth. Ideals, practices, and guiding principles held by these ancient ones are as valuable to us today as they were then.

Jung and the Lost Gospels

Book Description

The "Lost Gospels" refer to the Dead Sea Scrolls and the Nag Hammadi Library, both discovered in the 1940s. The Nag Hammadi Library consists of writings found by two peasants who unearthed clay jars in 1945 in upper Egypt. These did not appear in English for 32 years, because the right to publish was contended by scholars, politicians, and antique dealers. The Dead Sea Scrolls, discovered in clay jars in Palestine by a goatherder in 1947, weathered similar storms. The first team of analysts were mostly Christian clergy, who weren't anxious to share material that frightened church leaders. As Dr. Hoeller shows, they rightly feared the documents would reveal information that might detract from unique claims of Christianity. Indeed, the Dead Sea Scrolls and Nag Hammadi Library both contradict and complement accepted tenets of the Old and New Testaments.
