Book Description

Newspaper articles, reminiscences, and historical articles written by members of the Committee and other sources detail the history of Sibley County from its beginning in March, 1853, until the present. Also included is a reprint of the Sibley County chapter from the book, History of the Minnesota Valley by Edward D. Neill, which was originally published in 1882, and a reprint of the 1949 booklet, Historical facts of Sibley County, Minnesota, that was prepared to commemorate the Minnesota Territorial Centennial.
