The Environmental Assessment and Review Process (EARP) is used to implement federal government policy on environmental assessment. The process consists of two phases -- initial assessment and public review -- both early planning stages of assessments. This bulletin lists the decisions on proposals from the initial assessment phase, and summarizes the projects that are under public review by independent panels for the April 1 - June 30, 1990 quarter.
