Excerpt from Funeral Directors and Embalmers Law: Approved June 2, 1943 It shall elect from its members, each for a term of one year, a president, a vice president, and a secretary. The salary of the secretary shall be fixed by the board with the approval of the Department of Finance. Each member, other than the secretary, shall receive as compensation for his services the sum of ten dollars for each day's actual attendance upon aboard or committee meeting.
