Now take a deep breath & chant “Mmm” as you breathe out. Relax for a few seconds before putting it all together. On the next exhale, start with “Aaah” & melt the sound into “Oooh.” The first part will last longer than the second. End with “Mmm.” Breathe in & repeat as many times as you feel comfortable, & try to increase the length of your breaths each time.
