Book Description

January 17, 1865 Communication from the North Carolina governor with a resolution complaining that Virginia officials improperly diverted an engine and two trains of cars for the transportation of salt. Governor Smith submitted same to the General Assembly; he indicated that Virginia had not acted improperly.
