Book Description

U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Portland District (USACE) has prepared this environmental assessment (EA) to assess the environmental impacts associated with proposed conveyance of a parcel of land known as the Hammond Small Boat Basin to the City of Warrenton located in Clatsop County, Oregon. Environmental impacts from a no action alternative and the proposed action (preferred alternative) are evaluated in this EA. This EA has been prepared in accordance with the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) of 1969, as amended, the Council on Environmental Quality’s NEPA regulations (40 C.F.R. parts 1500-1508), and the USACE’s NEPA regulations (33 C.F.R. part 230).
