The Healer's Path

Book Description

This study investigated the phenomenon of holistic healing and the life processes of ten holistic healers. The study asked about the relevance of personal, professional and training experiences to the process of becoming a holistic healer. It found that these experiences significantly effected participants' chosen vocation. The signposts of this path include the development of personal attributes such as courage, groundedness, surrender, self-awareness and congruency. This path leads one towards personal and professional growth, fulfillment and wholeness. This study discusses these findings, presents additional information about the findings, provides an explanation for participant's experiences, and recommends directions for future research.
