Why Did the Heavens Not Darken?

Book Description

Was the extermination of the Jews part of the Nazi plan from the very start? Arno Mayer offers astartling and compelling answer to this question, which is much debated among historians today. In doing so, he provides one of the most thorough and convincing explanations of how the genocidecame about in Why Did the Heavens Not Darken?, which provoked widespread interest and controversywhen first published. Mayer demonstrates that, while the Nazis’ anti-Semitism was always virulent, it did not becomegenocidal until well into the Second World War, when the failure of their massive, all-or-nothingcampaign against Russia triggered the Final Solution. He details the steps leading up to thisenormity, showing how the institutional and ideological frameworks that made it possible evolved, and how both related to the debacle in the Eastern theater. In this way, the Judeocide is placedwithin the larger context of European history, showing how similar ‘holy causes’ in the past havetriggered analogous – if far less cataclysmic – infamies.

Star Wars: Engaging the Heavens in End-Time Warfare

Book Description

Our world is hurtling towards a momentous climax. The opposing hordes of darkness are fighting for their very lives with all the bitterness and defiance they can muster because they realize that the close of the age is upon them. As they draw upon their last reserves of strength, the methods and measures of warfare that the Church has known are being stretched, thus the Church must be equipped with the knowledge of the kind of warfare this season calls us to and what weapons we have been provided with by heaven to rout the enemy and his minions. Star Wars: Engaging the Heavens in End-time Warfare is a word in season that unpacks the counsel of God for believers to arise in the glory and power of Christ's ordination and release the judgement written upon all the enemies of God. The author, through this book, unveils deep mysteries that are set to cause a major shift, redefine spiritual warfare and recalibrate the church into alignment with her destiny as was determined before the fall of creation. The book goes into the heart of the Father to download from the original blueprint of creation that mankind deviated from when Adam fell from glory heights. It stirs and redirects the heart of the reader away from the activities of the old wineskin which are not rooted in the pursuit of kingdom purpose and destiny fulfilment to focused alignment with kingdom activities that fulfil destiny as originally intended by God.

Heavens and the Heaven

Book Description

Heavens and the Heaven looks at five levels of heaven. These are Life, Heights, Times, Power and God. As far as the scriptures are concerned, the author could find no other heaven. In other word, we do not and cannot go to heaven when we die. In looking at hell, on the other hand, we also find that this is suffering, pains and aches here on earth. Death and the grave is, therefore, the seal of this hell. Some have asked: “why do we believe in Jesus, then?” The answer is in Paul’s Temple cry in the council of Acts.23:6. “... Men and brethren ... of the hope and resurrection of the dead I am called ...” So, the struggle continue to be choosing between our will or God’s will; our traditions and belief system, or the word of God as contained in the Bible; our sugar laden air pocket ridden leaven bread or God’s choice of healthy unleavened bread. To introduce this book a little bit more, here is an excerpt from the theme of this work: If all living are in heaven, it may be hard for some to accept that those who are alive but ill and suffering are also in heaven. This explains why too many folks refuse, or find it difficult to accept that the life we enjoy now is all the heaven there is. But the harsh reality is, for as long as this present time remains, life is all the heaven there is! Whether we accept or believe it or not, we LIVE out this heaven of life in Time, in Height, in Power (and privileges) and in God. These all, jointly and severally describes the five levels of the heavens there are. But life makes sense of the others and everything else. That life is in God. His Spirit establishes that life in all living. So, when we talk of Life we, inadvertently, talk of the Deity of the universe. The author’s position in these is this. Let this work help us to pause a moment. Then, reexamine the word of God in these views of our heavens also. We may yet find that we have been with the traditions and belief of men long enough. Our individual and joint finds should help ground us more strongly in whatever level in the Faith and understanding of the word of God we are in, currently. In this effort, we should remember that the greatest of these all is to love God above all, and our neighbor as ourselves. Our neighbors are our family members (immediate and extended members), the Jews or Israel (the Elect of God and our Father’s first born). The third are the folks we meet in our daily interactions.
