Himachal Pradesh is a hilly and mountainous region in Northern India, famous for many religious places and temples known as "DEV BHUMI" having an altitude of 300m in the plain areas to nearly 7000m an altitude in the central Himalaya. Himachal Pradesh is situated between 30*22'40" to 32*12'20" North latitude and 75*45'55" to 79*04'20" east longitude. Himachal Pradesh is surrounded by J&K in the North, Tibet on North East, Uttaranchal in East/South East, Haryana in South and Punjab in South West/West. Himachal Pradesh has been glorified by different castles, Palaces, forts and other state protected monuments notified by Archeological survey of India. Himachal Pradesh is also famous as per huge production of good quality of apple, Mushroom and tomatoes along with other off season vegetables a cash crops like capsicum, cucumber, peas, ginger & other vegetables which are responsible to increase the GDP of the state to a great extent especially in district Solan. Himachal Pradesh is also famous in the field of Tourism as per various places worth to explore like: Kullu, Manali, Shimla, Kinnaur, Chamba and Kangra districts. Hindi is the main language of conversation in the lower belt of HP along with Pahari as local dialects in the upper belt of Himachal. Himachal Pradesh is a multi regional state, having a mixed culture.
