The location of this land is as follows: Mississippi River, where latitude 32 degrees 40 minutes north of the equator intersects same, running thence along the same parallel of latitude a due east course to the Tombigbee River, thence up the said Tombigbee to where the latitude of 32 degrees 43 minutes 52 seconds intersects the same, thence along the same parallel of latitude a due west course to the Mississippi; thence down the said river, to the place of beginning.
