Book Description

Thomas Parsons, son of William Parsons, settled on the eastern shore of Maryland in 1725. His son, Thomas Parsons (1730-1804), married Mary Rennick in 1759. They had eleven children. He married Hannah Thomas Taylor and they had one child. He married Elsie Miles in 1782 and they had nine children. Descendants and relatives lived mainly in Virginia and West Virginia.

Family history of Charles Parsons born in Maryland in 1745. In about 1762 his father William Parson migrated with his family to what was then Augusta Co., Virginia. Here, Charles married Elizabeth Chestnut and had six children, first born was William Parsons II in 1745, he remarried Nancy Ann Flesher in 1797 and died in Jackson Co., West Virginia in 1823.

William Parsons Genealogy and Family History, Ca.1660-1986


Book Description

William Parsons (1760-1856) married Elizabeth Dew in 1794, and in 1836 William and Elizabeth and four of their eleven children immigrated from Motcombe, Dorset, England to Bury, Compton County, Quebec. Four of the children remained in England, and three had died. Descendants and relatives lived in Quebec, Ontario, Manitoba, Alberta, British Columbia and elsewhere. Some descendants immigrated to New England, New York, Michigan, Washington, Oregon, California, Arizona, Florida and elsewhere. Includes four generations of ancestors to about 1660 in England.
