Training Individuals in the Church Setting to Establish and Maintain Healthy Interpersonal Relationships in Ministry

The central goal of this project was to raise the awareness and motivation of the participants in the area of relational skills. The statistical analysis showed that such a change took place. The program was created to be implemented over a six-week period. Thirty-five people attended one of three classroom presentations offered. A pre-test and post-test format was used to measure raised awareness and motivation. In order to measure concrete change, a longitudinal study of three to five years in a controlled environment is needed.
