This 90 Day Motivational journal is designed to help you in a short period of time. Similar to happiness, motivation is an inside job - it must come from within. This journal is intended to be a helpful and encouraging guide. Your new journal starts with a calendar and goal sheet for the month and will then focus on each week until the beginning of the next month. There are 12 pages for each week, starting with a quote and including choices, goals, empowering words, a gratitude list, blank pages for notes, journaling, thoughts and drawings, and finally a recap and summary page to capture the best times of your week.
