Heinrich Keyser (1744-1799) was probably born in the Netherlands, probably the son of George Keyser (1713-1795). He immigrated to America at the age of eleven with an uncle. He and his wife, Elizabeth (Gieger?), had eleven children, 1769-1790, all born in Douglass Township, Montgomery County, Pennsylvania. He died in Douglass Township. His grandson, Henry Neiman Keyser (1814-1890), was born in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania, the son of Jacob Keyser (1779-1866) and Christina Neiman Keyser (1780-1851). He married Catherine Fritz (1815-1888) in 1835 in Montgomery County. They had nine children, 1836-1855. The family migrated to Fairfield County, Ohio, in 1839, and to Allen County, Indiana, in 1860. He died in Allen County. Descendants listed lived in Indiana and elsewhere.
