Los conceptos ALTA SENSIBILIDAD (AS) y PERSONA ALTAMENTE SENSIBLE (PAS) son relativamente recientes en los países de habla castellana. En la actualidad, mostrar la propia vulnerabilidad o inseguridad, no se considera socialmente correcto. La intensidad de estos sentimientos imprime en la personalidad un rasgo que, sin llegar a la enfermedad (trastorno), se traduce en estrés crónico de difícil convivencia. La mayoría de los PAS intentan "normalizarse", imitando comportamientos de personas que aparentemente afrontan las circunstancias de la vida sin tanto esfuerzo. Al camuflarse con maquillajes muy diversos, la expresión de sus características dificulta su reconocimiento tanto en niños como adultos.La Alta Sensibilidad, vivir desde el corazón consiste de tres capítulos:1.-"¿Qué entendemos por la persona altamente sensible?" Es el título del primer capítulo en el cual se comentarán todas las características inherentes al rasgo y se hablará de las maneras en que pueden afectar.2.-"La persona altamente sensible interactuando con el mundo" es el título del segundo capítulo. Aquí se pueden leer las maneras de vivir y experimentar el rasgo, sobre la importancia del autoconocimiento para mejorar las relaciones, sobre los saboteadores, los límites personales... y sobre muchos otros temas más que tienen que ver con la relación que tiene el PAS (persona altamente sensible) con el mundo que le rodea.3.-"Soy una persona altamente sensible, ¿qué puedo hacer?" En este tercer capítulo, pueden encontrarse ejercicios, consejos, ideas y comentarios que ayudarán a encauzar la elevada sensibilidad para llegar a vivirla como el don que es.En el apéndice encontrarás un test muy amplio (56 preguntas) que te ayudarán a medir el grado de sensibilidad, además de un interesante artículo sobre las "Flores de Bach" que, en mi humilde opinión, constituyen un remedio idóneo para muchos de los temas típicos que vivimos y experimentamos los PAS. No se trata tanto de un libro de auto-ayuda, sino más bien de un libro de auto-reflexión y de auto-conocimiento. El enfoque está en: ¿qué puedo hacer yo, persona altamente sensible, para mejorar mi relación con el mundo y la gente que me rodea?
