"This report is intended to be used as an interim guide for zoning in Lee County. At present, a new ordinance is being completed by the Lee County Planning Department but since the current ordinance and administrative procedures are outdated, this report should serve as a transition from the old zoning ordinance to the new by providing many new procedures and guides as well as updating old ones to provide a more effective, efficient and systematic zoning process in the future."--Abstract.
