The Christian Satanist

Book Description

A truly good look into the religion of Christian Satanism and The Christian Satanist’s place within it. Christian Satanism is a worldly gray sided religion worked into the middle area of life, its thoughts, things, and substance. It gives its followers both a soul and a spirit, and a love for earth and our lives within it. After all, the world exists between heaven and hell. It prefers philanthropy and morality over being “sinister” or “diabolical” in some sort of weird way. On the other hand it doesn’t strive to judge or condemn through Christianity. This book is for anyone who may find the gray side a more attractive thing.

Bipolar

Book Description

I worked hard under a certain name practically my whole career. Life is about evolving, so I'm evolving into a different name. Am I Super HERA? No, I could never be. All I can do, and all I can be is a realist, a woman with tact, character. A woman that is her own biggest threat. Yes, I have to deal with my own demons first before I can try to help others with theirs. What happened to me in life, well, nothing was funny about that, I just wanted to let the person know who hurt me. Yes, I have evolved, their is nothing anyone can say or do that can change that. The change has already happened, it is too late. See, turn around, smile for the picture. Listen, live your life like you want to live it. Do not just do what others want. Look at me, I lost my sanity behind it, now I'm back.

Coleridge Notebooks V3 Notes

Book Description

First published in 2002. Volume 3 of the Notes on the Notebooks of Samuel Taylor Coleridge, spanning from 1804 to 1819. The volume is in two parts, text and notes. During his adult life until his death in 1834, Coleridge made entries in more than sixty notebooks. Neither commonplace books nor diaries, but something of both, they contain notes on literary, theological, philosophical, scientific, social and psychological matters, plans for and fragments of works and many other items of great interest. Shortly after World War II, Kathleen Coburn, formerly of Victoria College in Toronto, rediscovered this great collection of unpublished manuscripts. With the support of the Coleridge estate, she embarked on a career of editing and publishing these volumes and was awarded with many honours for her work, including: a Leverhulme Award (1948), a Guggenheim Fellowship (1953), a Fellowship in the Royal Society of Canada (1958), the Order of Canada (1974) and an honorary doctorate from her own university. Originally projected as a five volume set (each volume consisting of a book of text and a book of notes).

Lucifer's Banker Uncensored

Book Description

A page-turning real-life thriller, Lucifer's Banker Uncensored is a fascinating behind-the-scenes look at the secret Swiss high-net worth banking industry and a harrowing account of our government's justice system. Updated and Uncensored! As a private banker working for the largest bank in the world, UBS, Bradley Birkenfeld was an expert in Switzerland's shell-game of offshore companies and secret numbered accounts. He wined and dined ultrawealthy clients whose millions of dollars were hidden away from business partners, spouses, and tax authorities. As his client list grew, Birkenfeld lived a life of money, fast cars, and beautiful women, but when he discovered that UBS was planning to betray him, he blew the whistle to the US Government. The Department of Justice scorned Birkenfeld's unprecedented whistle-blowing and attempted to silence him with a conspiracy charge. Yet Birkenfeld would not be intimidated. He took his secrets to the US Senate, the Securities and Exchange Commission, and the Internal Revenue Service, where he prevailed. His bombshell revelations helped the US Treasury recover over $15 billion (and counting) in back taxes, fines, and penalties from American tax cheats. But Birkenfeld was shocked to discover that at the same time he was cooperating with the US Government, the Department of Justice was still doggedly pursuing him. He was arrested and served thirty months in federal prison. When he emerged, the Internal Revenue Service gave him a whistle-blower award for $104 million, the largest such reward in history. A page-turning real-life thriller, Lucifer's Banker Uncensored is a fascinating behind-the-scenes look at the secret Swiss high-net worth banking industry and a harrowing account of our government's justice system. Readers will follow Birkenfeld and share his outrage with the incompetence and possible corruption at the Department of Justice, and they will cheer him on as he ''hammers'' one of the most well-known and powerful banks in the world.
