Excerpt from Agriculture in the High School: A Manual for the High Schools of Wisconsin Section 4960 - 1. By and with the advice and consent of the state superintendent of public instruction, the district board or boards of education of two or more school districts each of which maintains a free high school, may unite in engaging the services of a suitable teacher or teachers of manual training for the purpose of giving instruction in manual training in the schools of the districts so uniting. Each of the school districts so uniting shall pay such share of the salary of the instructor or instructors of manual train ing as shall be proportionate to the time devoted to instruction in manual training in the schools of each said districts. Each school district included in such agreement and giving instruction in man ual training in accordance with the provisions of this chapter shall receive the state aid provided for in this chapter.
