He received his advanced degrees from prominent universities: PhD in Engineering; MS in Engineering; MBA in Information Systems; MS in Applied Mathematics; and BS in Engineering. He is also an alumnus of the prestigious Harvard University Kennedy School Executive Program. Dr. Ghahramani has published and presented numerous refereed scientific papers and book chapters in the leading publications. He has been a proactive member and officer in recognized national and international academic organizations, professional institutions, and honor societies.
