It is based on data provided by the Internal Revenue Service, and each entry provides such useful information as the organization's name, address, and telephone number (when available); Internal Revenue Service 501(c) filing status; employer identification number (EIN); charitable deduction eligibility; the organization's annual income; and an activity identifier code.
