During the last decade Management has become a subject-matter and it is not only confined to the business sector, but also to other social sectors. The non-business sector for example, the Hospital Administration, Heads of Educational institutions etc. has shown much interest in the subject and because of its indespread applicability. Hence a growing demand for the use of terms, techniques and skills of Management has been noticed over the years. Dr. Niraj Kumar holds a doctorate in Business Administration. He has been conferred with the Super Intellectual Award 1997 by the All India Management Council, New Delhi. Having a brilliant academic records with merit scholarships and gold medals, he has been honoured with the Vice-Chancelor s Testimonial of being one of the finest students on the rolls of the Lucknow University. He has specialization in Behavioural Science, Personnel Management and Labour Relations, Business Laws, Management Communication and Marketing Communications. Several books are to his credit. He is the man to propagate a new concept in the field of management, i.e., Management by Communication. Presently, he is Head of Department of Business Administration, University of Lucknow and Director of its B.B.A. Programme and had been the Co-ordinator of M.B.A. Three-year Programme. Sanjay Medhavi is, presently, Lecturer in Business Administration in the University of Lucknow, Lucknow. He is also the Co-ordinator of the MBA Programme. He is an expert in the field of Finance and Informatics. Dr. Shiba Charan Panda is currently senior Lecturer in the Department of Commerce Satyawati Co-ed. College , university of Delhi, Delhi. Besides, he is a visiting faculty member, Deptt. of Commerce, South Delhi Campus; Institute of Management and Research Bharatiya Vidyapeeth, Delhi; Delhi Productivity Council; AIMA and IGNOU. His area of specialization is Organisation Theory and Behaviour, General Management, Human Resource Management and Entrepreneurship.
