French was excused from the Committee to exam ine candidates for admission and G. W. Miles was appointed in his place. J. S. Kennedy was released from the Committee of the Sec ond Year and W. H. Kelly appointed in his place. W. H. Price was appointed on the same Committee. A motion to refer the nomination of Examining Committees to the Committee on Education was lost.
