MARCH 2020 Day 15 - THE 2019 FIFA FAIRPLAY AWARD: CONSIDER OTHERS BASIC SCRIPTURES: PHILIPPIANS 2: 1-11; HEBREWS 10: 23-24 In April 2019, an unusual event happened in the world of football. Leeds United and their 64 year-old very experienced manager, Marcelo Bielsa, were chasing automatic qualification to the English Premier League (EPL). The Leeds United squad laced Aston Villa at Eilland Road. Matcusz Klicli, a Polish midfielder, put Leeds United in front when he scored the first goal of the match. While Klich scored that goal, Aston Villa forward Jonathan Kodjia was down with an injury. The goal scored by Klich resorted into a free-for-all fight between players from both teams Before the game resumed, Bielsa ordered his players to allow Aston Villa to equalize! UNBELIEVABLE! ALLOW YOUR "ENEMY" TO EQUALIZE? Albert Danquah Adomali was then allowed to run through and level the game. As Adomali tried to score, Pontus Jansson, a defender with Leeds United, tried to stop him because the manager's decision did not go down well with him. At the end of the day, the game ended 1 -1. That result paved the way for Sheffield United, who were Leeds rivals to gain an automatic spot in the EPL. Wow! PUTTING OTHERS FIRST! The action of Marcelo Bielsa and the entire team didn't go unnoticed. FIFA saw and noted what they did. When it was time to give awards, Leeds United and their manager won the 2019 FIFA Fairplay Award. In giving them that award, the following statement was posted on the FIFA website: "Some residents of planet football consider winning the ultimate, the only purpose of playing the sport. For others though, there are values which need to be held even higher than those which bring victory. What was at stake in the match of APRIL2019, makes Bielsa's act of sportsmanship all the more remarkable." BIELSA! What a man! In this year 2020, the Holy Ghost wants you to sometimes put the interest of others FIRST! We live in a selfish world, where consideration for others can sometimes become a rare find. The average human being is selfish and self- centered. This is the reason why today's scripture urges us thus, "Look not every man on his own things, but every man also on the things of others" (Philippians 2:4). It is simply saying, consider others also. A wise man said, "Consideration for others is the basis of a good life, a good society." A.A. Milne reasoned it this way, "A little consideration, a little Sit for others, makes all the difference." It is not every time you are right that you claim your right! There are some times that you let certain things go, just the way Leeds United did. It does not make you a lesser person than you are; rather it brings to the fore the higher virtue you cant. By doing that, you are showing that CHARACTER is stronger than CHARISMA! Hebrews 10:24 says that such actions provoke love and good works! Consideration for others is an act of nobility. As you go out today and indeed in 2020, consider someone DAILY. It is a noble act! It never goes unrewarded! Pray now!

March 2017 Day 2DODGE THE PROCESS! MISS THE PRODUCT!BASIC SCRIPTURE:HABAKKUK 2: 1- 4Patience is profitable. It's a lost virtue in our culture today. There is so much craze for wealth because people are no more patient. Armed robbery, prostitution or corruption, etc, for example, are the consequences of impatience. The year 2017 is still young! Prayers are being prayed. Planning is going on. There is excitement in the spirit world because the word "EVIDENCE" is being announced worldwide over divine megaphones. But you must realize that there is always a time lag between the day you plant pineapple or apple seed and when you actually harvest the fruit from the full-grown tree. Every divine purpose delivers in stages and there is a time for every purpose on this earth including your own. Don't cage or hinder your destiny by seeking for shortcuts. If you dodge the process - patience, you will miss the product. Habakkuk 2:3 declares: "for the vision is yet for an appointed time; but at the end, it shall speak and not lie. Though it tarry (as the year progresses), wait for it; because it will surely come, it will not tarry." God is bigger than our biggest plans. He is working on your behalf. You need patience to obtain this year. Don't compare yourself with others or look around negatively. God's calendar for you is not the same with your next-door neighbour. Patience mixed with praise and worship will shield you from avoidable mistakes. Meditate also, on Micah 7:7! Your year will end in peace and glory and there shall be EVIDENCE that you serve a living God. The fullness of any vision speaks only at the end. Wait! You will never end up in shame! Amen! PRAYER POINTS: Take Song 2: Standing on the ...1. In your own words, pray about today's word as led.2. Make a commitment on your knees that you will not panic or hurry or dwell in self - comparison with others.3. Use the Gems For Success page before bedtime today

To really know Him as "I AM', you must know Him in the present (not in the past). This is what OUR DAILY MANNA helps to provide for you and your family, through its organized DAILY PRACTICAL LIFE STORIES, inspirational bible expositions, breakthrough prayer points, songs and strong prophetic declarations OCTOBER DAY 2 BASIC SCRIPTURE: ISAIAH 55:6 IRON IS BEST BEATEN WHEN HOT 2 We are all tools in the hands of God. God is our blacksmith who is ready to enter the furnace for our sake in order to create the perfect you. Any child of God who wants to be an instrument in the hands of God for the destruction of the kingdom of the enemy must be ready to allow himself or herself to become red hot in the vineyard of God. If you are cold, God cannot forge you into the beauty He wants you to be. To be hot means to be fervent in the Lord all the days of your life and to live a righteous and acceptable life that is pleasing to Him. When you allow God to use you, there is a lot He will do with you such that enemies will run whenever they see you. Beloved child of God, allow God to forge a sword out of you which you can use to destroy the enemies. Let Him forge a harmer out of you. You and Him can then use the hammer to build His house inside you. Submit yourself to God Almighty today. Memory Verse: ROMANS 12:11 Prayer Points 1. Father Lord, fire up my zeal for you in the name of Jesus. 2. I shall not go cold in your vineyard oh Lord in Jesus name

Ted Kennedy publicly wondered whether a "curse actually did hang over all the Kennedys" during his own testimony about the Chappaquiddick incident in 1969. In 1941, Rosemary Kennedy was often believed to have been intellectually disabled, and due to her severe mood swings and the worry that she would damage the Kennedy reputation, her father, Joseph Sr., arranged in secret for her to undergo a lobotomy. The lobotomy instead left her unable to walk or speak well, and as a result, Rosemary remained institutionalized until her death in 2005. In August 12, 1944, Joseph P. Kennedy Jr. died when his plane exploded over East Suffolk, England, as part of Project Anvil during World War II. In May 13 th, 1948, Kathleen Cavendish, Marchioness of Hartington died in a plane crash in France. InAugust9th, 1963, Patrick Bouvier Kennedy died of infant respiratory distress syndrome two days after his premature birth (which itself occurred on the 20th anniversary of his father's World War II rescue). In November 22,1963, U.S. President John F. Kennedy was assassinated in Dallas, Texas by Lee Harvey -Oswald. Oswald was shot dead by Jack Ruby two days later before he could stand trial. Oh! I and my wife visited the popular WASHINGTON D.C. grave of John F. Kennedy in August 2018 just to pray there against COLLECTIVE CAPTIVITY! Wow! The list is endless! They are known for VIOLENT DEATHS! It is a recurring pattern! Evenin September 4,2018, Christopher Kennedy Lawford died of a heart attack while doing yoga at a yoga studio in Vancouver, British Columbia. He was 63. Amazing! There are many such families on earth being ravaged with collective captivity like the family of Eli in today's scripture. Collective captivity is something that affects your family down the line. Everybody goes through it and they will tell you, "this is how it has been." You must as a child of God rej ect and refute all forms of collective captivity because you have been BORN AGAIN into another family of JEHOVAH THE VICTORIOUS! In the spiritual world, I no longer bear the name Chris Kwakpovwe; I answer the name "Chris JESUS JEHOVAH" - CJJ! SAME APPLIES TO YOU! And since the spiritual controls the physical, then COLLECTIVE CAPTIVITY or any RE OCCURRING EVIL cannot rule over you! For instance, today s scripture Verse 27 says, "And there came a man of God unto Eli, and said unto him, 'Thus saith the LORD..." Did you get that? So the origin of collective captivity in Kft's family was one man - because he could not control his family! To add salt to injury, his children polluted the altar of God through immorality, extortion, etc. God became angry and laid curses which you will see tomorrow. As we continue tomorrow, I want you to pray the prayers below with holy anger now!...

It occurs once in every 2.5 million births. Two girls were born in January 2017 in the town of Charsadda, Pakistan to a 34 year-old Pakistani mother of 9. The two girls, Safa and Marwa Ullah, were not only conjoined twins, but they were also craniopagus twins; meaning they were joined at the head. Their father died of a heart attack while their mother was pregnant with them. After they were born, the children were left to be taken care of by their mother, grandfather and uncle. One thing was uppermost in the minds of members of these girls' family and physicians in their home country - the children must be separated to live their individual lives. To achieve this, the family travelled with them to London to the Great Ormond Street Hospital for children, one of the few hospitals worldwide that has surgeons experienced in separating craniopagus twins. Though they said the odds were against these 2 little girls when they were born, they still determined that they must be separated to live their individual lives. After over 50 hours of a series of surgeries over a 5-month period, Safa and Marwa were finally separated on February 11, 2019. The surgeries involved about 100 staff of the London hospital and both girls are doing well today. Awesome you will say, but what the Holy Spirit is saying to a user of today's devotional is that: Life is individualized. STOPTRYING TO BE LIKE OTHERS! Every one of us, irrespective of the circumstances of birth, has his or her own destiny! You cannot live another man's life. You have a life to live for which you will give account to your God. We are told in 2 Corinthians 5:10: "For we must all appear before the judgment seat of Christ..." On that judgment day, God will not judge TWINS as TWINS! He will judge them as INDIVIDUALS! Moreover, Ezekiel 18 makes it clear that parents will not be held accountable on the last day for the shortcomings of their children and vice versa. Wow! Hear Catherine of Sienna: "Be who you were created to be and you will set the world on fire". Yes! NO TWO DESTINIES ARE THE SAME! Be yourself! Live your life! Walk your lane and you will set your world on fire...(To be continued tomorrow).

Morning Manna

Book Description

These devotionals were written during the weariest, most difficult days of my life. As the song says, "Life is hard, but God is good." Some of these devotionals are synopses of sermons I have preached over the years. Others are simple thoughts I have entertained and enjoyed as I reviewed and meditated upon various Scripture Memory verses. There is at least one devotional based on a text from every book of the Bible. The reader will find almost as many entries written from Old Testament texts as from the New Testament. This book has been demanding, but it has also been a labor of love. A great missionary once said, "I'm just a beggar, telling other beggars where to find bread." That is exactly how I feel as I share this work with you. I am on the way to heaven and offering hope to others on the journey. May these devotionals bless your heart, feed your soul, and nourish your thoughts. Jesus has set a table for two. He invites you to dine with Him (Revelation 3:20). Pull away, weary pilgrim. Hunger no longer. His morning manna awaits you. "O taste and see the Lord is good" (Psalm 34:8). As they say at the Mexican restaurant, "Enjoy "
