Agricultural Outlook Forum Proceedings '96

Book Description

Excerpt from Agricultural Outlook Forum Proceedings '96: Presented by the U. S. Department of Agriculture, February 21 and 22, 1996, Washington, D. C We'll spend the next 2 days talking about the future of agriculture for 1996 and beyond, and that's more of a challenge than usual. Right now it's difficult to project an outlook for agriculture for the next week, let alone the next century. We're in the middle of a debate over budget and policy which will have far-reaching effects on American agriculture.
