This brochure replaces previous editions of Passport and Visa Information for Clerks of Courts who take passport applications. If new procedures are adopted from time to time, special additional instructions will be forwarded to the Clerks of Courts for their information. In particular, the information as to the fees charged by foreign countries for the visas of American passports is subject to frequent changes and the Passport Office contemplates forwarding to the Clerks of Courts the new lists as they are published from time to time.--Page 2 of cover
