That the Secretary of the Commonwealth is hereby autho rised and required to continue the printing, publication and distribution of the Pennsylvania Archives, from the year one thousand seven hundred and eighty-three, to the year one thousand seven hundred and ninety, in con formity with the requirements of an act entitled an act for providing for the publication of the Colonial Records and other original papers in the ofice 6! The Secretary of the Commonwealth approved the fifteenth day of February, one thousand eight hundred and dity-one, and the supple ment thereto, except so far as issuing proposals for the publication of the same; Provided, That the cost for printing and publishing the same shall not exceed the price per volume contracted for the publication of the said Archives under the above recited act; and when so published, shall be distributed in the same manner, and to the same persons, as provided by the several acts relating to the distribution of said works.
