This synthesis, which describes the state of the practice for full- scale accelerated pavement testing (APT), will be of interest to state department of transportation (DOT) pavement design and materials engineers; DOT research staff, including field and laboratory materials testing personnel; and private industry APT equipment suppliers. State DOT administration and management personnel will have a particular interest in the application of APT results toward more efficient and effective pavement designs.
