While I know a great deal depends on the efficiency and activity of the State Business Agent, yet the support must come from the brethren. We had as well look maters squarely in the face and do some thing to regain the trade that the Agency has enjoyed, but which now seems to have slipped away. Unless the downward tendency is checked the Agency must ultimately succumb, and then will go the organization.
