Excerpt from Annual Report of the Hospital Department for the Year Ending December 31, 1936 The total expenditures for all departments of the Hospital, excepting the Sanatorium Division, during the fiscal year' were Of the total operating expenses, was expended on the hospital proper and its subdivisions; on account of the out-patient Department; on account of the South Department, and on account of the East Boston Relief Station. Of the amount spent on the Pathological Laboratory, is included in the hospital proper expenditures, in the out-patient Department and in the South Department expenditures, The entire amount spent on the Thorndike Memorial Laboratory, is included in the hospital proper expenditures. Of the total amount spent on the X - Ray and Photographic Department, is charged to the hospital proper and to the out-patient Department. Of the total amount spent on the Department of Physical Therapeutics, is charged to the hospital proper, to the out-patient Depart ment and to the South Department. Of the amount spent on the Department of Immunology, is charged to the hospital proper, to the out-patient Department and to the South Department. Of the amount spent on the Clinical Laboratory, is charged to the hospital proper and to the Out Patient Department.
