This is a well-researched work with all the references clearly identified. An interesting read. We will release an audio version soon. In order to make this report easier to read, we enlarged the size to 8 1⁄2 by 11 inches. To keep the cost down and make the weight a little more manageable, we put the References and Appendices in Volume 2. Most people won't need to carry around the backup information, however the ePub is complete and you get the ePub FREE when you purchase this paperback through Amazon.com under the Matchbook Program. Why buy a book you can download for free? We print the paperback book so you don't have to. The copy available from the Government Printing Office is 6 inches by 9 inches with small text. You could print it using a network printer you share with 100 other people (typically its either out of paper or toner). If it's just a 10-page document, no problem, but if it's 500-pages, you will need to punch 3 holes in all those pages and put it in a 3-ring binder. Takes at least a couple hours.
