Book Description
Excerpt from Report of the Quartermaster-General of the State of New Jersey, for the Year 1890 With the exception of ten (10) new hospital tent flies drawn from the United States, there has been no addition to our stock of canvas, which, owing to the wear and tear incident to last summer's encamp ment, will require some expense to put it in a serviceable condition. The camp cots are, many of them, in bad condition for camp service, and it will be necessary to obtain some new ones. There will also be required about two hundred (200) knapsacks to fill out the comple ment for a brigade encampment. There have been issued during the year about two hundred (200) new uniforms. The exact number is shown in the Appendix. About the Publisher Forgotten Books publishes hundreds of thousands of rare and classic books.
