Sir: In accordance with section 332 of the Political Code of the State of California we have the honor to submit for your consideration the twenty-sixth biennial report of the Fish and Game Commission Herein you will find a complete record of the activities of this Commission, for the period July 1, 1918, to June 30, 1920, together with the financial statement covering the two fiscal years, showing the receipts and expenditures for the biennial period. The intimate details concerning the work of the different departments may be found in the reports of the several heads of departments. We commend them to your careful perusal. There has been no change in the membership of the Commission itself but a change was made in its Executive Officer, Mr. Charles A.
