Wood, of Kinston, N. C. The Directors of the Atlantic North Carolina Railroad Com pany have dedicated this page of the minute book as an expression of their esteem for Mr. Dempsey E. Wood, who for a great many years served as a Director of this Company. In length of service, he was perhaps the Oldest Director, serving this corporation at the time of his passing, and through our association with him we respected his fine judgment and loyalty to this corporation.
