It states that to achieve success, you must create an openness that can lead to fulfillment. It’s a simple recipe: meditate, spend time in nature, and practice non-judgment throughout the day. #3 I began to have panic attacks, and while I was grateful for my job and my children, I was also deeply depressed. I began to write down two lists every night before I went to sleep: one titled I’m grateful for and the other titled I love in me. #4 I still write my gratefuls, even on bad days, to help me pull myself out of despair. They remind me that it could be worse, and help me understand that I’m still fortunate.
