She was born in Long Marston, and died before 1646 in Hartford, Connecticut. They had eight children. He married (2) Elizabeth (Deming) Foote (ca. 1595-1683) ca. 1646. She was the widow of Nathaniel Foote and the sister of John Deming. She had seven children from her previous marriage.

Book Description

Henry Botsford was baptized in Sundon, Bedfordshire, England in 1608. He immigrated in 1637 from England to Boston, Massachusetts. He became a planter in Milford, Connecticut in 1639. His will was drawn in 1685. Henry's grandson, Joseph Botsford (1688-1756), was the youngest of 12 children. He married Mary Bennett in 1718. This history lists his descendants to the 1930's. Descendants and relatives lived in Connecticut, New York, Pennsylvania, and elsewhere.
