Book Description
Sven and Ole in the roaring twenties. United States of America 1920's. A lawmaker of Scandinavian descent has provided the United States with the 18th amendment prohibiting the sale and use of recreational alcohol in America. Little known to those outside the Scandinavian community this law contained an additional clause known as the 18th and 3/4 amendment, which banned the production and sale of lutefisk and lefse. Sven and Ole being of good Scandinavian stock are not about to put up with such nonsense, legal or not. A Scandinavian without grog, fish and flat potatoes is like an American without booze. Join us now for a tale of Minnesota mayhem. Sven Kabone in the Roaring Twenties Hells Lefse lives in Sauk Rapids, Minnesota. He is fond of the area and currently lives in the same house he grew up in overlooking the Mississippi River. He is an avid collector, buyer and seller of the odd and un-usual. When he is not working, he enjoys spending time reading, writing and riding his motorcycles. Hells has eight previously published books: Dogpire, Dogoyles, SvenSagas, Zomdoggie, Drogons, Booger Fairy, Buffole and Drogons 2. Hells has three children living at home, Sven, Lena and Tesse his beloved Shih-Tzus. They love to watch movies together, play in the yard and the river and gnaw on rawhide bones. His three human children are always welcome home as long as they bring their dogs.
