Reports the Canadian Aviation Safety Board's investigations, findings, and recommendations of aviation occurences involving Canadian or foreign-registered aircraft in Canada. Complete reports are given for both summary and intermediate reports, with synopsis only for International Civil Aviation Organization reports. Summary and intermediate reports contain information on type of aircraft, occurrence report number, pilot hours, injuries, description of the occurence and an analysis of why it occurred, findings, and safety action. Indexes are included by aircraft manufacturer and type, and by province/territory.
