The activities in Tap, Clap and Sing! are designed to enhance the child's learning by implementing and reinforcing the concepts already experienced in a music setting. Body movement, rhythmic experiences and singing are used to help children master skills while illustrations are included for coloring and aiding in rhythmic development and "Memory Joggers" are inserted periodically to encourage review. Book 2 introduces the concepts of form, intervals and time signatures and provides a creative way to implement the step-by-step process of note-reading for children ages six and older.
