Siblings, Butter Nugget and Fox Face Devil Dog embark on an adventure in hope of finding their missing parents. Their parents, Foxie and Murphy left home to start a new life. They ended up in a mysterious forest only to go missing a few months later, leaving behind Butter Nugget and Fox Face. After surviving by themselves for multiple months, they were discovered by 2 hunters, leading them to be taken to an unfamiliar town. Butter Nugget and Fox Face then got adopted by Veronica and Lizzy and taken to their new home. Later the chihuahua's were taken to the local dog park. They snuck out of the park and found a restricted area with a tree that left them feeling uneasy. That night Butter Nugget had a dream that left them with many questions but also was a clue to finding their parents. They found their way to 2 different abandoned houses, learning the disturbing history of the town and finding a few unsettling things along the way. After being chased out of the cabin by a mysterious man, the chihuahuas stayed the night in a graveyard. They searched for the graves of the 2 people that drowned. They learned the horrifying truth. Those 2 people weren't dead, in fact they were found alive in the basement of the woman's house. They pups were given a clue from a strange chihuahua that helped them find the missing couple, but that chihuahua is not who he seems to be.
