In style terms this work is in three parts. First is this preface, then there is the OLD REALITY and the NEW REALITY.As previously indicated it is this PREFACE which must contain the accurate science! And that aspect has led to this title, for what was originally called the Black Tyger. The RTUR! I am aware that sometimes that has the extended spelling RTTUR to make the point of the double < TT >.It is not that the Black Tyger has changed, nor indeed the RTUR concept, but rather it has been refined, as I more clearly understand what is required at the Science level to reveal the reality. On the one hand it is done in an INSTANT, even BEFORE I write, since it is ALL IN PLACE, but disclosure contains a Time Element, which is checked for accuracy on the basis of REAL EVENTS. And real events will naturally include films, and television broadcasts, and radio transmissions; even down to what is reported in the newspapers; including particularly what is factually inaccurate but printed for political expediency; such as the instructions of the ruling party diktat!
