Book Description
A word from the author: Hi there, I'm glad you have chosen to study with The Dean's Guide to Organic Chemistry. As a student I have gone through the same boring classes you have; biology, chemistry, physics, organic chemistry, etc., and I found myself bored and uninterested in the teachers concepts; so I thought of a great idea. Why not simplify these hard subjects in 1⁄4 of the material, through easy to understand examples and typical college vocabulary. What I have done here is pretty much taken an organic chemistry textbook along with my notes and many other sources and thrown out all the unnecessary long explanations, vocabulary, etc., and simplified it into one easy to understand book complete with examples and solutions. This book can be used as a study guide for organic chemistry class or as a study aid to MCAT organic chemistry. I look forward to any feedback you may have as well.It may seem that some parts of this book are too simple, or do not have enough information written. Do not worry; I have revised this book to make it like this, as simple as possible to the average person, in order to help them understand physics. This is the way organic chemistry should be. I have searched books, notes, online, etc. and tried to make every explanation as simple as possible, yet you'll learn just as much as you would with a regular textbook in less time! Written by a student for students! Thanks! *I will also donate a portion of the proceeds from this book to charity helping out children less fortunate than us in education.
