Levy, vice-president, william E. Curtis, Secretary, G. Willett van nest, Corresponding Secretary, J. Rockwell fay, Treasurer, and bartow S. Weeks, Chairman of Executive Committee, being Officers and members of an unincorporated political club in the City of New York, known by the name or title of the democratic club OF the city OF new york, and being of full age, and citizens of the United States, and citizens of the State of New York, do hereby certify that we desire, on behalf of said Club, having been thereto duly authorized by vote of said Club, to avail ourselves of the provisions of an act of the Legislature of this State, en titled An Act for the Incorporation of Political Clubs, passed April 29th, 1886.
