This United States Army manual, Army Regulation AR 25-55 The Department of the Army Freedom of Information Act Program October 2020, provides policies and procedures for the Department of the Army (DA) implementation of the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) in accordance with the Department of Defense (DOD) FOIA Program pursuant to DODM 5400.07 and implements 32 Code of Federal Regulation (CFR) Part 286.
