Outside of the building line the sewer or drain shall be continued to the main sewer in street with either cast iron, galvanized wrought iron or vitrified ironstone pipe of the best quality. Sec. 16. The use of intermediate sections of qual ity or kind of pipe such as the introduction of sec tions of ironstone pipe between cast iron pipe, or of standard cast iron pipe between extra heavy sec tions, or of cast iron pipe between ironstone, or of wrought iron pipe between ironstone and similar, will not be allowed.
