The echoes of ancient Indian wisdom can be heard from the oldest of scriptures that existed many years ago. Even thousands of years before they were written down on palm leaves, the teachings were passed on from generations to generations, from the teachers to the disciples in their oral form. These works are amongst the oldest of humanity. They laid the foundation of one of the most tolerant and diverse religions in the world, the Sanatan Dharma or Hinduism, which is marked by a wide range of ethos and philosophical approaches. Covering the vastness and immensity of the ancient Indian scriptures is akin to capturing a gigantic ocean in a small pitcher. Thus, in this book, the author has tried to catch a few 'echoes' resonating with age-old wisdom and has presented them to the readers. the book unravels the knowledge hidden inside the Samhitas, Brahmanas, Aranyakas and Upanishads of the Shruti that form the Vedas, and in the Smriti like Agamas, Dharma Shastras and so on. In short, it provides a glimpse, or rather a macro view of the ancient treasure of India.

The book is a report on the authors study of his dreams over a period of forty years. The study uncovers the reasons why we dream, what dreams mean and how to understand their meanings. In principle, dream messages deal with three topics: the identity of the human, the identity of the Divine, and the relation between the human and the Divine. This book, in addition to quoting the messages received in these three areas, also fully expounds on them. The authors findings disaffirm the views of theorists like Freud and his followers, who hold that the sources of dreams are such factors as external stimuli and psychological states, or the function of dreams are wish-fulfillment and guardians of sleep. Actually, dreams deal with the issues that are most fundamental in life, namely, with what is real and unreal about our basic belief systems. The approach to reality through science gives up only a partial aspect of reality. Dreams reveal to us those aspects of reality which are beyond the orbit of science. Dreams studied bring up the fact that humans are lost and rootless due to lack of self-knowledge and erroneous concept of the Divine. The great task for us today is to ferret out anew our genuine identity, then we realize we are, in one sense, divine, and in another, that we are His lieutenants on earth, required to work not only for the good of all but also to enhance further the concept of unity and spirituality.

Bhagawan Sri Sathya Sai Baba has come among humanity and is providing spiritual sustenance and guidance, in order to re-establish truth, justice, peace, and love as the mainspring of individual, social, and national life. He is using ancient and modern instruments for this great task, Sanathana Dharma and science. His writings, discourses, and conversations, which correct, communicate, and convince, are full of statements and commentaries on the discoveries of physical and metaphysical sciences. This book, which gives in English His articles (first published in Telugu in the Sanathana Sarathi) on the Ten Upanishads (invaluable textbooks on spiritual discipline and on the glorious fruit of spiritual adventure) will reveal to you the vast limitless mercy that impels Him to save us from trivialities and prompts Him to guide us along, until we reach the Goal of Life. Making us tread the path discovered by the sages of the past, inducing us to revere their light and their message, illumining in us the flame of knowledge, which dispels delusion —that is what Bhagawan, with His Supreme Love, does for us in this book. Let us read it with care, recapitulate it with earnestness in the silence of our hearts, and practise it with humility and faith in every turn of thought, in every tilt of tongue, and in every digit of deed.

Sri Aurobindo represents a synthesis of the teachings of both the West and the East. Not content simply with dissolution into a transcendental, other-worldly God-consciousness, nor with concentration on the outer life and its powers to the exclusion of anything other or higher, Sri Aurobindo has created the teachings of a Divine Life on Earth. This is the second book of the series.

The first book in the world, which talks about de-hypnosis and explains spiritual dimensions of hypnosis in an eastern way. Hypnosis is spiritual in the sense that in hypnosis, illusion is created to destroy illusion. It applies the principle of similia similibus curentur: let like be cured by like. In this book, there are two parts. The first part of this book will wake you up from maya and de-hypnotize you by creating awareness using traditional gyana. The second part of the book teaches some time-tested, verified, and effective modern hypnosis methods to de-hypnotize and integrate you. It is said, “to take out a nail, use another nail.” Hypnosis uses illusion to remove illusions and delusions of your perceptions about yourself, your guilt, fears, phobias, anxiety, and hatred, etc. Sounds strange though, when I tell you to use hypnosis for de-hypnosis. However, that is the quickest way to get out of mental illusions and delusions.
