He served as the liaison for the inmate population and the prison administration. While in prison, Mr. Spencer graduated from “Jim Brown’s Amer-I-Can Program” and became a facilitator and advocate. Book knowledge and street credibility have made Raymond the voice of reason for the thug and the administrator. Great communication skills coupled with the ability to negotiate on multiple levels, makes Raymond a vital component in todays society.
