This book constitutes the refereed proceedings of the 12th IFIP WG 11.11 International Conference on Trust Management, IFIPTM 2018, held in Toronto, ON, Canada, in July 2018. The 7 revised full papers and 3 short papers presented were carefully reviewed and selected from 22 submissions. The papers feature both theoretical research and real-world case studies and cover the following topical areas: trust in information technology; socio-technical, economic, and sociological trust; trust and reputation management systems; identity management and trust; secure, trustworthy and privacy-aware systems; trust building in large scale systems; and trustworthyness of adaptive systems. On behalf of the Program Committee, it is our pleasure to present to you the proceedings of the 2nd GI SIG SIDAR Conference on Detection of Intrusions & Malware, and Vulnerability Assessment (DIMVA). DIMVA is organized by the Special Interest Group Security — Intrusion Detection and Response (SIDAR) of the German Informatics Society (GI) as an annual conference that brings together experts from throughout the world to discuss the state of the art in the areas of intrusion detection, detection of malware, and assessment of vulnerabilities. TheDIMVA2005ProgramCommitteereceived51submissionsfrom18co- tries. This represents an increase of approximately 25% compared with the n- ber of submissions last year. All submissions were carefully reviewed by at least three Program Committee members or external experts according to the cri- ria of scienti?c novelty, importance to the ?eld, and technical quality. The ?nal selection took place at a meeting held on March 18, 2005, in Zurich, Switz- land. Fourteen full papers were selected for presentation and publication in the conference proceedings. In addition, three papers were selected for presentation in the industry track of the conference. The program featured both theoretical and practical research results, which were grouped into six sessions. Philip Att?eld from the Northwest Security Institute gave the opening keynote speech. "The United States Code is the official codification of the general and permanent laws of the United States of America. The Code was first published in 1926, and a new edition of the code has been published every six years since 1934. The 2012 edition of the Code incorporates laws enacted through the One Hundred Twelfth Congress, Second Session, the last of which was signed by the President on January 15, 2013. It does not include laws of the One Hundred Thirteenth Congress, First Session, enacted between January 2, 2013, the date it convened, and January 15, 2013. By statutory authority this edition may be cited "U.S.C. 2012 ed." As adopted in 1926, the Code established prima facie the general and permanent laws of the United States. The underlying statutes reprinted in the Code remained in effect and controlled over the Code in case of any discrepancy. In 1947, Congress began enacting individual titles of the Code into positive law. When a title is enacted into positive law, the underlying statutes are repealed and the title then becomes legal evidence of the law. Currently, 26 of the 51 titles in the Code have been so enacted. These are identified in the table of titles near the beginning of each volume. The Law Revision Counsel of the House of Representatives continues to prepare legislation pursuant to 2 U.S.C. 285b to enact the remainder of the Code, on a title-by-title basis, into positive law. The 2012 edition of the Code was prepared and published under the supervision of Ralph V. Seep, Law Revision Counsel.
