The Commission appointed by the Governor was: Charles 1. Fox, Chairman, at an annual salary of Dr. Samuel A. Keene, at a Salary of $500 per year, and Harry C. Willis, at a salary of $500 per year. The Commission duly qualified on the first day Of June, 1916, the date fixed in the Act, and it meets once a month for the purpose of transacting the business Of the Bureau at their Offices on the third floor Of the Equitable Building.
