My father died of tuberculosis at the age of 31 when I was six years old. My mother was 34, never married again, dedicated her life to her children. From the moment I learned how to read and write I became a passionate reader of the books; books on literature, books on history, books on travel, books on philosophy, books on memoirs, books on biographies, books on politics… This book contains some of the literary excerpts that I noted while reading novels, short stories, memoirs, biographies, poetry and travel books.
